Speaks the language your regulators do

BIR Form 2307, SAWT, SLS / SLP, QAP, MAP, PFRS, Revised Chart of Accounts, VAT & Percentage Tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Alphalist DAT

How it works

Three steps. The rest writes itself.

You record the business transaction once. JKSLedgr handles the double entry, the ledger, and the paperwork the BIR asks for.

  1. 1

    Record the transaction once

Issue a sales invoice, receive goods, ring up a POS sale, or run payroll. You work in the document you already understand — no journal entries required.

  2. 2

    The ledger posts itself

JKSLedgr derives the balanced double entry, stamps it with a traceable JE number, and pushes it through the general ledger into your trial balance and financial statements.

  3. 3

Compliance comes out the other end

Form 2307, SAWT, SLS, alphalist DAT files and government remittance schedules generate from the same posted data — already in the format the agencies expect.

Inside the app

See the actual screens

No stock photos or staged mockups — these are the real screens your bookkeeper will be working in every day.

A posted JKSLedgr sales invoice showing the customer, VAT-inclusive line items, the revenue account each line posts to, and the output VAT breakdown

Invoices that already know the tax rules

Each line carries the revenue account it posts to, and VAT is computed as you type. Post once and the invoice locks — the ledger, the AR aging and the BIR forms all follow from it.

Features

Built for Philippine business

Every feature exists because a Philippine accountant asked for it — not because it shipped in a template.

BIR-ready automation

Generate 2307s, 2550Q, and 1601-EQ reports in seconds. What takes hours in other apps takes one click here — straight from transactions you already posted.

Flexible ledger coding

Use dots (.) or dashes (-) for your subaccounts. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.

Government-compliant

The only cloud-native SaaS supporting the 8-digit Revised Chart of Accounts (RCA) for government contractors.

PFRS standard

Built from the ground up to follow Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.

Real-time dashboard

See revenue, expenses, receivables, and cash flow at a glance with live charts and alerts.

Your data, fully private

Every business gets its own secure, isolated database — your financial records are never mixed with anyone else’s, and daily backups run across multiple zones.

New

Not ready for full accounting software?

Many business owners just need help with BIR compliance — not a full double-entry ledger. That's why we built JKSLedgr Compliance Lite.

  • Automated alphalist generation

Generate SAWT, SLS, SLP, and Form 2307 from simple data entry — no journal entries required.

  • SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG remittance

Compute and export government contribution schedules in the exact format agencies require.

  • BIR DAT file generation

Export BIR-ready .DAT files for electronic filing — no more manual encoding in eFPS or eBIRForms.

Start with compliance, upgrade to full accounting when you're ready. Your data carries over seamlessly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is it more expensive than international apps?

While global apps start lower, they don't handle Philippine tax. JKSLedgr saves you 10+ hours of manual tax prep every month, effectively paying for itself in labor savings.

Can I migrate from Excel or other accounting software?

Yes. Every subscription includes free concierge onboarding. Contact our support team and we'll help you migrate your existing Chart of Accounts, opening balances, and historical data into JKSLedgr.

Where is my data stored?

We use bank-level 256-bit encryption and multi-zone redundancy to ensure your financial records are always safe and available. Each business gets its own isolated database with daily automated backups across multiple server zones.

Can I access JKSLedgr on my phone?

Yes. JKSLedgr is a web-based application that works on any device with a browser — no app download required. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. While you can view and access JKSLedgr on mobile phones, the desktop layout is not ideal for smaller screens, so we recommend tablets or larger devices for day-to-day use.

Does JKSLedgr support government Chart of Accounts?

Yes. JKSLedgr supports the 8-digit Revised Chart of Accounts (RCA) used by government agencies and their contractors, alongside the standard private-sector Chart of Accounts. You choose which one a business uses during setup.

Which BIR forms can JKSLedgr generate?

Form 2307, SAWT, SLS, SLP, QAP and MAP generate directly from your posted transactions, along with BIR-ready DAT files for electronic filing through eFPS and eBIRForms.
